(Cool Ghost): What do you need Bread for so badly, bro? I already went to the store yesterday. You eat too much bread, dude.
(Toast Ghost):You don't understand, C.G. I NEED this bread. I have eaten Toast for breakfast EVERY DAY for the past several years. It's-sorta been a tradition for me ever since I came to the Catacombs. I'm definitely not ruining this tradition just because you forgot the most important meal of the day.
(Toast Ghost):Also we need an easy plot for this game.
(C.G.):Whoa, you crazy, dude. Arright, Go get your bread or whatever. I'll just be here playing videya games.
You go [[Outside]] You leave the house
Outside the house there is a Dog House With a ghost dog inside. Talking to it will bring up this text box:
(Ghost doggo):Borf Borf
Going Down will Bring you to [[Room 1-Puzzle]]A tutorial battle starts with a sheet hanging fom the ceiling resmbling a ghost.
This battle will teach the player about the dodging and attacking mechanics.
C.G. comes into the battle and says "oh hey dude! You solved the incredibly vague puzzle! So uh, whatcha doing now? Fighting the tutorial boss? Well you won't get far without learning about 𝘥𝘰𝘥𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨. As you can see, you have 3 lanes to move in. you can move left or right, or just stay in the middle. the enemy will attack like so, and you'll have to not touch the progectiles. sound good? cool. bye then, go get your bread or whatever.
You enter [[Room 2-Battles]]In this Room you get a box of Tarot cards.
There are a few signs detailing the controls, as well as the puzzles.
One sign Reads "Hey dude, I uh.. Created an AMAZING Anti-Burglar System for our house! Well... It's kind of an Anti-Burglar system. I mean, I forgot how to open it so it's kida an anti-anybody system. All I wrote down to open it is this vague poem "𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘰𝘭'𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩 𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘦" I THOUGHT I WAS BEING DEEP AT THE TIME BUT NOW I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT IT MEANS. So, uh... try to figure it out I guess."
Putting The Fool, Strength and The Wheel of Fortune Tarot cards (in that order) will open the gate to the Tutorial boss.
You go to the [[Tutorial Boss]] in here you get your first battles with weak slimes. they move slowly and attack slowly. defeating them will give you exp. In this room there are three buttons. Hitting the first button on the side of the room will make an explosive sound, after hitting the button the game tells you "you notice the button has faded text under it saying WARNING DO NOT HIT THIS BUTTON UNLESS ABSOLUTLY NESSISARY. oopsie." trying to hit the 2nd button will cause it to speak, saying "Hey, Why'd 'ya hit my face? I'll show you what it feels like, Asshole!" (a battle with the renagade button starts) 3rd button is broken.
Renagade button has faster attacks and more Hp, but still the same attck % beating the renagade button will open the puzzle door, leading to [[3rd room]] you will also get some Exp.this room is much larger, it has a lot of enemies to battle. A rat is carring a key that opens the gate to the town. he will run away from you if you get too close. You have to sneak up on him and catch him. on the sides of the room , there is a sign and a chest the sign reads:
Hey dude, sorry, I created another one of my "vauge poem puzzles". don't get mad at me for this, but I kiiiiinda locked one of your most prized possesions in there. I thought it would protect it fom Burglars, but I forgot what the poem meant and now it's stuck in there. I brought the chest out here, just so you wouldn't find it and get mad at me. If you can figure it out, you can probably get your thing again. The poem is "𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘦, 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘺𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘺" opening the chest by putting The Hermit, Temperence, and Judgement card into the chest. reveals an equippable item. geting the key from the rat allows you to enter the [[Town]].The town is very gloomy, but It's in the Catacombs, what do you expect? going down, there is a small playground where Pumpkin kid is.
Above the town, there's a Skeleton selling items to help you on your journey. His name is Skelly Spookyman, and he has a very enthusiastic and cheerfull demeiner about him.
To the Right, there is a bunch of houses, with several spooky citezens inside.
In the center of town, there is an old fountain with a statue of a broken heart. The water is not running, however there is a small amount of murky water in the fountain. Engraved on the fountain is the word "MORTIS" and "Give to the eternal fountain of the afterlife" It then tells you "𝘔𝘢𝘺𝘣𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘮𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘯 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘯." and promps you to throw an amount of money in. Throwing in 10g will give you a health item, 25g will give you a damage item, 50g will give you a new special equippable, 150g will give you a better weapon and defence equippable, and 300g will give you access to a special boss.
